這兩天入住的布里斯本ＹＨＡ Brisbane City YHA
風景真好！我的房間外面就是布里斯本河，六年前曾經在河岸邊散步，沒想到現在住進來河岸邊的房間。我的房間望出去就有美麗的夜景，還可以聽得見看得見轟隆隆的火車聲。
六年不見（上次來布里斯本市中心是2009.4的事情），市區有些改變，經過了六前年入住的trendy hotel -Emporium
覺得整個都不一樣了！期待明天開始三天兩夜在布里斯本的city safari!! ^^

The scenery from the window of Brisbane City YHA is so beautiful that I am happy
to stay here for two consecutive nights. Look out from the floor-to-ceiling
window in my room, there is Brisbane River. I”d walked along the river bank six
years ago without thinking that I can stay in riverside room with this view.
When I checked in at late evening, it is a beautiful night view too although the
sound from the train is just a little annoying. I can easily see the train
coming and going on the track from my window.
It”s been six years since I last came to Brisbane (April of 2009). It”d changed
quite a lot — when I was on the way to YHA, I passed by the trendy hotel
Emporium Hotel which I”d stayed there for two night in 2009 when it was just
opened and found it is so different in its surrounding. I just can”t wait for
the Brisbane city safari in the coming 2 days.

今天下午的行程：Segway@Brisbane，還不錯！從Brisbane City YHA走過來，大概半小時。沿路風景很美！
The itinerary for this afternoon – Riverlife Segway @Brisbane. It is so great
that everyone joining this activity is so happy. Not only me but also two of
others even think of buying a Segway. It is about half hour walking from YHA
Australia Brisbane City. When I walked along south bank, I saw a lot of local
life such as Queensland Museum, the beach (artificial one), and the river bank
walkway. Just nice!

完全是個高級渡假風的海邊啊！我要在這裡待五天四夜，也太爽了！Just arrived Noosa Heads bus stop. Took Halse Lodge YHA shuttle bus to check in. I will stay here for several days. ^o^

在 Halse Lodge Noosa YHA 的Bar吃簡單的晚餐，但說簡單份量卻無比大！！我根本吃不完啊～～～
我好喜歡這裡有點原始又充滿渡假風情的感覺啊！！！！
Having dinner at Noosa YHA (Halse Lodge Bar) with a
Caeser Salad and a cup of cappuccino. The portion of salad is too big for me
that I need 2 hours to finish it. The atmosphere here is relaxing and the lodge
is well located just by the main beach! I like it~

糟糕了！才來第二天就深深愛上這裡悠閒的氣氛，不想走了啦～
夕陽很美，但船上其他遊客談論的都是河邊經過的那些豪宅：從六百萬（澳幣）起！（好恐怖的價格）但房子真的是超級美！
It”s my second day in Noosa. I really like the relaxing atmosphere of this
place. Just finished sunset cruise which I focused mainly on the sunset rather
than the others” focus on the houses of the rich along the river.

19天的行程只剩下三天在雪梨，接著就要打包回台灣了，兩個多禮拜咻一下就溜走了，雖然已經是第四次來澳洲，以往去的行程也都非常棒！
2009年第一次去凱恩斯大堡礁；2009年還去了 布里斯本 墨爾本及南部Mornington Penisula附近的酒莊
也去了大堡礁主住的Whitsundays Island及Hamilton Island等，搭了直升機住了一堆超讚的飯店；第三次到黃金海岸，住在Surfers
Paradise。
這次則從中部的北端達爾文開始往澳洲正中央艾麗絲泉及烏魯魯行走，在即將結束前，來到布里斯本及其北方一百多公里的陽光海岸Noosa
Heads，這兩天參加了Local Tour到Fraser
Island，這個島和這個兩天的行程根本是此行的高潮！！！我愛死了～～～整個行程安排棒透了！是台灣人很難想像的行程，因為有太多第一次在這趟行程發生。好妙！像是做夢，像是天堂。
以Noosa這裡的YHA- Halse Lodge為基地真的是太棒！這家YHA的經理對我超級照顧，我都不想離開了啦～～～嗚嗚～～～
我想這一趟澳洲行程，我就從Noosa停留的這五天開始跟大家分享吧～ ^^y

「品嚐」的意思，就是當我們使用所有的感官來體驗一件事物。當我們細心品嚐的時候，對事物會有特別深的感觸和印象。 「品嚐」也能讓我們的意識回到當下。滿腦子在想心事的時候，連山珍海味也會顯得無味，唯有「專心」品嚐，才能有最深的體驗，而當我們徹底陶醉在一個經驗中，無論是吃一口佳餚，聽一首優美的歌曲，享受一個徹底放鬆的精油按摩…那時候不僅享受，也會感到一種「無我」的快樂，暫時排除了煩惱，存在當下。
